Overall the experience is good.
Positive: 1) the vehicle is good size, good for our use 2) very fuel efficient 3) CarPlay without needing a USB cable is a plus
Room for improvement: 1) the vehicle is fairly dirty inside and out. It took us sometime to hand clean the inside to decent shape to use. We communicated with the owner, and he apologized for not having enough time between rentals to get it cleaned. I believe it probably was a one time situation. 2) the vehicle is rather low to get in and out compared to the equivalent make and model. We parked side by side with another Elantra, and this is quite a bit lower. Not a defect at all, probably is attributed to smaller tire / rim size or different suspension. Not a problem for me, just a bit harder for my mom to get in and out.
Overall, good experience despite minor issues. I will rent again.
