Terrible experience with this company. Where do I even start…. First I had to message them 4 hours before I picked up the car asking for pick up instructions as he hadn’t even confirmed my driver’s license yet. I then received a phone call from the guy on my personal phone which is super inappropriate as communication should be done via the app. I booked this car because it stated airport pick up. The man told me I needed to Uber to his house to pick up the car, which is not displayed in the Ad. I ubered at 5 am in the dark, as a solo female, to what looked like a crack house

Very smooth and simple pickup and dropoff with Velero.
Big part of picking a renter is airport pickup which they offer; even for early morning it was no problem at all.
Vehicle was as described and drove great with no interior issues.

Pick up and drop off was a breeze and the host seemed really nice. Car handles well in the city, but controls are pretty sensitive so I didn’t like how it handled on the highway. It still wasn’t bad by any means just a bit annoying. Car was also very clean
