This was the best car renting experience I've ever had! Yakob was friendly, professional and helpful. He was a pleasure to deal with. The car was clean and well maintained. This was my first time using Turo, and I couldn't have had a better introduction. I for sure will use Turo again. I only hope that whoever I rent from in the future is as great to deal with as Yakob.

Unfortunately I had to cancel this trip because the guest’s driver’s license would expire during the rental period and no additional valid ID could be provided. This is required by Turo’s insurance policy.
I’ve never had to cancel on a guest before and I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
