Moe is a 5-star host, great communication and attention to detail. I would absolutely rent another vehicle from him again.
The reason I can't give this Jetta 5 stars is that it is starting to show it's age. While most of the issues weren't consequential to me, other people less comfortable with vehicles might have a less positive experience. The two things that l think are actually worth mentioning here are: the AC works poorly and even blew warm air for 45min; and the vehicle sometimes won't start if the fan is turned on (just turn the fan off while starting it).
If you're using the car locally, go for it you'll be fine. If you're on a longer trip such as I was, you'll probably be fine, but if you're traveling with a family or want peace of mind, consider another one of Moe's vehicles. Again, he's great, so don't hesitate there.
