Our pickup experience was less than positive. We arrived early, only for the host to contact me while en route to tell me that the car would be 15-20 minutes late (it was 30 minutes late). His girlfriend dropped off the vehicle dirty inside and with the hood up, and only identified herself after we pressed her on who she was (she was clearly not the host). The car was in need of a serious interior clean and some regular maintenance—the dash kept flashing “Change Oil Now!” as well as a message that the cruise control was not working. The gas cap also just fell off when unscrewed and was not attached. The host also was not good at communicating with me and failed to answer phone calls, text messages and messages in the Turo app in a timely manner, if at all. Upon our drop-off, the host and his girlfriend were nowhere to be found and didn’t answer the phone, so we knocked on his door and left the keys with the woman who answered and confirmed that he lived there. The only reason I am giving two stars rather than one is because the car itself is not horrible and just needs to be taken care of better. All of the issues we had are entirely preventable.

Comparing to my other rental with this, Car was dirty inside, and outside, did not follow proper sanitation process, smells and we have sanitize it ourselves. The radio was not working and host was hard to contact on return. Communication was frustrating since we barely had enough time to head back to the airport. I also saw a questionable damage report, with the car being exposed on the driveway and not inside a garage. I would not recommend this car to anyone unless they follow proper cleaning and sanitizing protocol.

Thanks for the feedback, So what you are saying is not matching the other guest’s review. Are they lying about the car and the host. And please don’t feel offended, Because if you will damage anyone’s car they will do the same. You damaged my windshield and you didn’t informed me And rather than informing me you are giving a bad review. This is not good brother.
