Car was clean and functional but had a few dents

We booked this car because they offered car-seat option. When booked I texted to make sure it was available and they told me; yes, it is available.
Few hours before the starting rental I texted to make sure they remember the car-seat. They ansered the car-seat was broken by the last customer and was not available but the car would be at the airport. How in the world they expect us to drive a car with a baby without a car-seat.
I was very dissapointed they just let us know few hours in advance and after I ask about it and did not provide any solution aside of cancel the booking.
We booked this car just because we needed a car-seat and the company behind this rental was care-less about it.
I had to rent last-minute a car-seat for 140cad and spend a lot of time looking for it. And I was lucky to find one.
Didn't feel supported by the company behind this rental.

we are sorry that you feel this way . we have sent various apologies and options well before you arrives and as previously discussed we said yes we do have a car seat but we would need to confirm it was what you were requesting . we did offer you a few options and you said you would prefer to cancel and a refund and you would book at airport if needed. we agreed and said you can cancel no problem. you said you were covered and got the car seat so we delivered the car as requested.
