I had an issue with the vehicle during my trip. The steering wheel felt unstable, and the gas pedal had very poor and inconsistent response especially at an intersection.
The acceleration sometimes did not respond as expected on a highway, which made the car difficult to control.

Was a great day headed to Peggys Cove. Pickup location is closer to Shoppers Drug Mart store. Vehicle’s brakes feel like they should be replaced soon.

The service was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We booked this vehicle for three days expecting a safe and reliable experience, but the host clearly failed to maintain the car properly. On the very first day, after driving only about 300 km, the vehicle completely broke down due to battery and alternator issues.
This situation caused us significant inconvenience and stress, especially since we were traveling with family. We had planned activities, including a whale watching trip, which we had to miss because of this failure. Being stranded like this is not only frustrating but also unsafe.
It is evident that the host did not take proper responsibility for the condition of the vehicle before listing it. Renting out a car with such serious mechanical issues is highly irresponsible. We expect a full refund and appropriate action to be taken, as this experience fell far below acceptable standards.
