The car was in drivable condition and served us well during the time we spent in Ottawa. However, it was not in perfect condition, as there were some noises that suggested it could benefit from some maintenance. Overall, it met our needs for the trip, and one of the things we appreciated the most was its excellent fuel efficiency and low gas consumption. Thank you for providing us with a reliable option for our stay.

Car had a low air in front left tire and wheel vibrates at speed and is pretty beat up.
It got us around as needed though and didn’t break down or strand us so that’s good.
Communication was great and fast.
