The car was clean, fuelled up and ready to go. Because I am a senior and new to this type of independent renting, I had a bit of anxiety about where to go upon arrival at the airport. I was looking for some communication prior to the actual pick up time. I was surprised by a $30 parking fee to exit the airport, which the host reimbursed after i made multiple attempts to contact. The biggest benefit of using this service is that it typically costs less than dealing with the bigger rental companies that have actual physical airport locations. I would use this service again, now that I know what to expect
