Excellent Experience
I had a great experience renting Victor’s 2021 Tesla Model 3. The car was in good condition, clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly for my week-long trip.
Pickup at Ottawa Airport was very convenient (Level 2, Parking 2F), and Victor’s communication throughout the rental was excellent. Whenever I had a question or ran into an issue, he was quick to respond and very helpful. At one point, I had an issue with charging because of an unpaid balance at the charging station, but Victor helped me resolve it without any hassle.
Overall, the car made my trip from in Ottawa and around the area much easier and more enjoyable. Returning the vehicle was also smooth, and I was happy to return it in good condition.
I would definitely rent from Victor again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good rental, with good communication from host. Car had an odour, probably from being smoked in. Would rent again!

Excellent Experience
