Good - pickup was easy, the car has lots of modern features including navigation, adaptive cruise control, lane departure, blind spot monitoring, etc. I loved the full roof window and the sunroof was great for extra ventilation. I appreciated the rain guards on the windows which allowed me to keep the window slightly open in the rain. The ride is comfortable and has many options for adjusting the seat and steering wheel easily.
Needs improvement - the air conditioner was malfunctioning on one side with no chance for a fix before my booking so the driver side was hot. Dat gave me some money back for the inconvenience. During my trip the brakes did squeak when stopping and the sunroof gasket moves and needs to be checked.
Communication with Dat is easy and he is quick to respond. I was late in my return because of construction detours which he accommodated thankfully.
Overall I would rent this car again if I am in Fredericton again.
