Excellent experience from start to finish. The car was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Owner was friendly, professional, and made the rental process easy and fast. Pickup and drop-off were smooth. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend their service.

The pickup process was pretty straight forward. The hosts communication was very quick typically getting a reply within a couple hours or so. The car itself however had a few huge issues on it. The car has an extremely loud squeaking sound coming from the front(the belt is definitely going), very loud and embarrassing everytime you start the car and continued while driving most times. One of the lights at the front went out. The winter tires were basically damaged with little to no grip at all. (Could not grip the road on a regular snow day going 20km/h)After going back and forth with the host and contacting Turo, the host agreed to pay for brand new tires out of pocket. Overall grateful for the communication skills with the host but the car itself shouldn’t have been on the road the way it was and kinda still shouldn’t be with the belt going the way it was. Also loud sound in the back while driving (had to use the music to drown it out).
