The host provided clear instructions on how to collect and use the car and was timely in their responses. However, there was a troubling rumbling from the wheels that increased with speed. When I reported this they insisted it was checked before. Luckily I had friends and we used their car for most of the trips. The car was presented in good condition but the interior had an unpleasant smell from the cleaning products used.
