Gas tank is hard to fill up, pump keeps stopping.
Drivers side front tire had wear that was concerning.
Air in tires looked a bit flat but was assured that they were fine.

Thank you for the review yes, the tires from visual to look a bit low however they are inflated to factory spec. The fuel tank is equipped with an easy refuel cap, which sometimes causes air pressure to buildup while refueling most Fords all have the same issue.
The quality of the vehicle was disappointing. The car was dirty, had an unpleasant smell, several warning lights were illuminated on the dashboard, and it made concerning noises. It also began to shake once I reached approximately 100 km/h on the highway.
The host was very responsive, which I appreciated, and because my own vehicle had broken down, I was grateful to have access to something quickly.
However, considering the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard. The rental was quite expensive, and unlike larger rental companies, there were no real accommodations or added conveniences. At the very least, I expected a clean, well-maintained vehicle that felt safe and comfortable to drive.
Overall, I appreciated the convenience and responsiveness of the host, but the condition and quality of the vehicle did not match the price I paid.

Car shut down in the middle of the freeway. Most stressful half hour of my life. Other issues included wheel/steering alignment issue causing car to veer to the right and the tank being near empty on pickup.

This vehicle was towed to the dealership a full inspection was conducted by Ford and no problems were found the vehicle was rented an hour after the inspection which was the next day. An inquiry has been opened with Turo as they suspect renter was trying to return the vehicle early without losing any money. As per Turo renter is only entitled to a refund if there’s anything wrong with the vehicle. In this case you rented the vehicle for a month and a week into your rental you decided to return.
This host was amazing but only challenge was the tyres
