Car was ok... had some slightly alarming jolty engine issues. Paid $50 extra for delivery and they parked it in a no parking zone, gave me the keys, watched me walk away to grab luggage and didnt warn me. The car immediately got a ticket and then he blamed me and said I have to pay it. Also, they were late with picking up the vehicle at the end of the trip which was annoying.

Hi Blair, as mentioned before, we're not a valet service. We'll deliver the car to you, but won't park it for you. After the keys are in your possession, the car is your responsibility. That includes, but is not limited to parking the vehicle legally. Moreover, the vehicle was parked for 40 mins in a no-parking zone before the ticket was issued, giving you plenty of time to move it. You just took the keys and went inside. Car has no issues, there weren't any complaints in trips after yours.
