Over all car was a bit ok though there was a weird sound coming from the engine and the steering wheel is wiggling/vibrating when the speed is @ 100 and above thats why we had to cancel some of our out of town trips because of safety concerns. Just to add the inside of the car is clean.

Car exactly as reviewed. Little bit noisy, but tires good, very clean, no odour, freshly vacuumed and wiped down. Windows and outside of car were spotless as well. Trunk clean too. Needed the heater AND the A/C, both worked and changed cabin temp fast. Snow brush was provided, nearly new and good quality. Needed pickup and dropoff, both done on my schedule. Responsive, accurate, and friendly communication, made things easy and convenient. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Fantastic and amazing on gas

The windshield was cracked, and the steering wheel was not very stable nor easy to maneuver. Past 100km/h the car started trembling quite noticibly. Also the windshield cleaning liquid did not work which was dangerous as we could not wipe the windshield in the highway when it was snowing and dirty from the other cars and with very little visibility. But other than that, it at least held together for the 5 day trip we rented it for.
