The host Brendan was nice and stayed up until my midnight arrival to Edmonton Airport. The windshield was damaged when I picked up the car, but because it was nighttime I couldn't see until I sat in the car and saw the 4 foot line across the windshield. I messaged the host, he said it is cosmetic. I did not have time to submit another set of photos when I woke up the next day because I had meetings to get to. I wish the host had told me about the damaged windshield before I rented his car, but I had already paid for it and it was past the 24hr booking, so I would not have got a refund
