DO NOT book with this guy. Car battery broke down, 4x, NO loitering at all. He knew it was an issue prior, and acted friendly but tried to blamed us to avoid issues when asked for a fair reimbursement. We had to switch the battery for him and tried to get it resolved between us but could not, and also disrespected our time when I told him I booked with the mechanic for 3pm, as he requested us to fix it. He couldn't give us an answer all day and left us hanging waiting around the entire day starting at 8AM.
I was not going to review because I know at the end of the day we're all human, but after Turo came in to mediate this issue, he overcharged us in fuel recharges and reported "damage claims" saying the car engine sounds louder than usual. The only difference during the return is that the battery is fixed and the car starts faster and smoother... At this point it's obvious the intent is retaliation, from my perspective. Had to go to Turo again for that, where they got rid of fuel charge as it was not part of policy... Overall, I should've listened to that other battery review that was posted. Learn from my mistakes!! Even if there is a new battery in there now, I would NOT trust this guy as a good host for your trip. It'll ruin the experience should you encounter any issues.

The car was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described — powerful, smooth, and a lot of fun to drive. Communication was quick and super easy; Ishh was very friendly and accommodating with pickup and drop-off times. Everything went perfectly from start to finish.

I took the car to New Brunswick and once I got there the battery died customer service was terrible everytime I called for a boost . Didn't get it going again till I went to come home when I got it home I turned it off till the next day and it died again I couldn't get It going to get it back to the host . Waited from 1130am to 4 pm to get a tow truck to come boost me . Terrible service. Never will recommend to anyone I know.
Hi there , thanks for review but after your trip i went dealership to test battery it was all working and charging was perfectly fine, i have submitted that report to turo team . However there might be some misunderstanding while you took this vehicle maybe some lights were left on overnight so that would have drained the battery .
