The car is easy to manual and gas efficient but cruise controle has problem to turn on. I tried couple of days and managed to turn on the cruise controle sometime but struggle a lot

This was my first time using Turo. After booking, communication from the host was actually very quick whenever I had questions, which I appreciated.
However, the check-in process was quite stressful. I had submitted my driver’s license about 24 hours in advance as per the usual process, but it wasn’t getting approved. I followed up through messages and didn’t receive any response for a long time. My pickup was scheduled for 9 AM and I needed the car for the full day, but there was no resolution during the day. Around 10 PM, I contacted Turo customer support, and after they reached out to the host, the issue was finally resolved and everything was approved after 11 PM. The remaining instructions were also shared at that point.
At the time of pickup, I was also informed that there was a minor issue with the front wheel—it was awaiting replacement and was making a slight wobbling or unusual sound. That made me feel a bit uneasy about safety, although I did complete my trip without any actual issues, so it may have been minor.
Overall, the car itself was clean, decent, and drove fine for city use, and I still enjoyed the trip. The experience just felt quite stressful due to the delayed verification and last-minute vehicle issue, but things were acceptable once everything was sorted.
