Trip was cancelled due to damage from previous guest. The previous guest hit a pothole that broke the belt in the passanger's front tire. Car was dropped to my garage for tire replacement and alignment as the damage was obvious when I drove the car. I paid for both alignment and tire replacement. I picked the car up from my garage to deliver it to the airport for the upcoming rental but the car wasn't driving properly the garage did not do the alignment so I had to cancel this rental.
This was a great car and got us everywhere we needed to go!

We really enjoyed the car. It was spacious and comfortable and Heather and Darin were very friendly and communicative hosts.

Heather was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Darin was at the car when we picked it up and told us about the car and great stuff about St. John's. The car was a very nice Cadillac CTS. Heather and Darin pointed out some previous damage to it which had a temporary fix and did offer us a different vehicle if we wanted which we declined. The car was very comfortable, quiet, and got reasonably good gas mileage. We would rent a car from Heather and Darin if we ever traveled back to St John's.
