The people were nice and helpful the process went extremely efficiently t u r o was an excellent app and I was impressed. But there was one very serious problem with this car it is absolutely dangerous. I took a picture of the tire as my 16th photo and you can see that it is beyond the wear bar the roads in this area that we traveled are extremely bumpy and in poor repair in some of the areas in the maritimes. We truly felt we were at risk because of the tire issue. I showed you the worst tire but these tires need to be updated in fact Toro should not allow rentals unless cars are meeting safety check standards. Honestly I think I pay extra for mileage because we use more than we were allowed and I don't think this is appropriate. I'm happy to pay that if I was given a car that was up to standard but in this case I was sorely disappointed. Again everything else went wonderfully.
