Car was great, very clean and great on gas. Pick up and drop off was easy at YYC. Communication was excellent. We had some issue with the trunk lock, but Hatem was helpful with helping us.

Thanks for your prompt feedback. Trunk lock mysterious issue has been figured out. In order for the lock to lock, you must walk away from the car and lock the car. Because the key fob has a proximity sensor, it wont lock the trunk when the fob is next to the car. I learned something new from this experience. So the issue you had was no issue :)
Hatem is amazing person in terms of everything. He is really helpful and give you all the suggestions to save money. The car was well maintained and cleaned. He answered all my questions and was very quick for replying. Highly recommend him.
