Upon pickup, the car was very dirty outside and inside, especially on the inside of the windshield. The car drove completely fine over the last 4 days including the last hour and a half of our trip. We stopped for food and upon returning to the car, the electronic power steering light was lit up and we couldn’t get it to turn off, even following the reset instructions. We did not have time to figure it out and get the car returned to the original pickup location or else we were going to miss our flight.

I would just like to clarify the details, the windshield was dirty because it had rained before the Guest picked up the car.
Secondly, the guest crashed my car into a pole or a barrier, and the rear bumper, rear fender are damaged and require replacement and repainting. Additionally, while contacting the barrier, they also hit the rear wheel which damaged the rear control arm and ruined the alignment. Hence the power steering issues.

I had no problem with the car, it was very comforting and overall it was the best experience during my trip with friends! Abdulherman is very responsive and he makes sure you won't have any problems on the go. Will recommend the owner and his car as well!
