Comfortable and clean vehicle to drive. However, AC didn’t seem to be working properly.
Reason for the low rating is because we had to pay for airport parking (~$16) when we picked up the vehicle, which we were not informed of beforehand. The host was also not willing to reimburse the costs. Because of this poor communication, we wouldn’t book with this host again.

unfortunately this guest did not read the YYC guidelines for parking, we had the vehicle ready for them at rhe airport on time at their check in time they had selected, Krishna took an hour and a half to collect the car after he arrived which obviously resulted in the parking charges which Turo had confirmed that they won't be eligible for so not sure why we get a 2 star for something we didnt do.
Anyways good luck, we will be reporting this review as it goes against the Turo policy and YYC
Excelente servicio por parte del Host...muy economico de gasolina y comfortable.
