Lando was helpful, kind and clear with instructions. One improvement I’d add would be a little more flexibility. I asked for the pin to the car location and instructions slightly earlier than planned because we landed early and he agreed, but then still sent it at the original time, which was inconvenient as we were standing outside waiting for him to get back to us for a bit. It would be helpful to have the instructions the morning of arrival so the customer can plan better. I would also give more instructions to find the car because the “economy lot” was hard to find!! There are no signs and you have to walk quite a ways. Car had tire pressure light on, key was missing the lock button, windshield and front of car was all busted up (we were told the glass has an appointment to be fixed soon), still the crack gave a glare from the sun. It also wasn’t very clean when we picked it up. It did the job, but I would not book it again.

The perfect car for a weekend adventure! Convenient location only about 15 minutes from the airport, and pickup/dropoff were both very smooth. The car is well equipped with functional CarPlay and a good backup camera, and its compact size makes parking in crowded tourist spots or small pulloffs much easier, both of which are essential for Banff/Jasper. The included 900 km for my trip were enough to make it out to Jasper and back with enough leftover not to worry about any detours or stops on the way. Highly recommended!
