This was my very first TURO rental ever.
I had the most incredible experience. Timothy is simply the BEST!
We had a very good and open communication even days before my rental day came up. The car was immaculate (clean, in very good shape, full tank of gas).
The check-in was so easy to do and Timothy explained everything so well, the instructions were easy to follow.
If you ever find yourself in the Vancouver area and are in need of renting a car, Timothy is a guarantee of a great experience.

Timothy was awesome to deal with from the beginning to end. He upgraded our car at no extra expense and communicated promptly throughout. The car ran smoothly, had loads of space in the trunk and suited the 3 of us perfectly. Would definitely rent from him again. 🙏😊
