It was a great experience. Lorenzo had all of the infortmation we needed before we picked up the car. The car was easy to drive. The only thing is that we wouldve preferred to have a car that didnt have a cracked windshield. Other than that, everything else was great. The back was also more spacious than we thought.

The cracked windshield happened due to a previous renter. Due to upcoming Turo reservations including yours, we would've had to cancel your reservation if we had to prioritize the repair which would've caused a disruption to your trip.
We made the call that the vehicle is still safe and driveable; and the windshield would be replaced at a time more convenient and not disrupting anybody's reservation.
