Terrible experience. The car was filthy inside and out—the windows and windshield were so dirty that visibility was poor, there was no washer fluid, and the owner’s personal belongings, including shoes, were still inside. It didn’t even seem like the car had been cleaned before pickup. To make things worse, the AC didn’t work at all during one of Ontario’s hottest days, which completely ruined our trip. Very disappointing and would not recommend.
