Reliable car and easy to drive. Difficult to find the location but otherwise would rent again!

Host was very responsive and guided me through all the pick up and drop off.
The pick up was also very quick.
The car had no issues except the wheel alignment and the windshield wiper needs to be fixed
Also it was nice to see the host gave unlimited mileage for the booking which is one of the best things about this booking. This is a one good thing I liked about this booking as not all Turo booking give you unlimited mileage.
I was travelling with my family and kids, there are few things that can be done more better
1. The matts seats were all cleaned but cup holders, door cup holders needed deep cleaning. I had to take a wet cloth and clean it. If it’s for a non family I would say it’s okay but for family i would expect it to be more neat.
2. The windshield fluid was done after just one shot.
3. The fuel tank was filled only with 1/4th tank. Past experience with any rental for me they give it with full tank, so that I can just pick it up and start directly.
But overall experience was good they can do better.

The car was good enough for my visit but It seems that there is a bad odour of body odour in the drivers seat when you hop in but quickly dissipates when the AC comes on. Also, a bit of vibration happens when you slow down after high speeds between 80-100 km. When I first picked up the car the tank was only filled to a little under half a tank but I did message the host and they became aware of it. Car was somewhat clean. I would probably rent again in the future. PRO’s: host is very responsive and car is easy on gas.
