Great price, car was exactly as shown and pick up and drop off was easy and clear

Pick up and delivery were excellent. Giovanni did a great job. The gas tank read 3/4 which was actually 38L of an 80L tank short of full. Very difficult to manage return and also gave a feeling that you could be getting ripped off. Car should arrive full and returned full.
Car ran very well for a car with over 260,000 km. Brakes were a little soft low brake fluid and power steering low. I did not notice it was a 2012 model. I sent Yifan several messages and left my telephone before I came to discuss age and mechanical upkeep. I did not get a response. This made me concerned.
The ownership and management seems to made up of several people. Could not reach anyone by phone. Suggest when a car is rented one person from the group is assigned to customer serverice liason with a telephone number that can be reached at.
