The car quality is excellent, even though it is an older model. The pick-up and return locations are also convenient and easily accessible by public transportation. The host provided excellent service, and all transactions were communicated clearly and efficiently. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend the car and the host. The pick up was great. They picked us up at the gate of the airport which was very convenient. He had then told me drop off would be the same which was also more convenient when travelling with 4 kids.
Although as soon as we got into the vehicle technical issues started arising. We got a constant door open notification on the dash. We had to stop on the side of the road multiple times over our trip to close the door.
There were also engine issues. Once we started the car It’s like it took a few attempts for the engine to turn over and actually start. There was also a system check notification on the dash our entire trip. I had messaged the host the night before to confirm the vehicle drop off at 11am which he confirmed. Then when we went to return the car, we got a text 10 min before return that the return had changed and we now had to park the vehicle in short term parking and walk to the airport. This would have been no issue if I would have been given more notice and was able to plan for this. This was very inconvenient for us as it added an additional 20 min to our travel time and we were late for check in at the airport.

Once contacted by Michelle we quickly sent a message to her to confirm the issue with a simple photo of the dash board which was never received. We contacted her a second time the following day for a photo and still no response. When we picked up the van there were no codes that appear on the screen.
We will definitely have the sliding door issue looked at but at the same time we advised her to simplify turn the switch to off and use the door manually.
Vehicle was great, as described and easy to pick up. Communication with Gregory was easy and fast. We would definitely recommend to others!

Truly one of the best Turo experiences I’ve had! The vehicle was perfect for our family and it was a pleasure doing business with Gregory and his family. They were so kind and even drove back to the airport after we dropped the vehicle off to return my Kindle, which I had left behind. Highly recommend!
