The vehicle had serious maintenance issues (dead battery) from the very beginning and was essentially unusable. Communication with the host and their co-host was extremely stressful, and they failed to address the situation responsibly. I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this host.

This review is extremely misleading. The vehicle could not start because the guest left the interior lights on and drained the battery. We responded promptly, offered a 50% refund of $23.15, immediately provided our private 7-passenger vehicle, and even offered an additional FREE day. Despite this, the guest still demanded another $127 refund—the amount paid to Turo, not us. We spent over 3 hours resolving this, yet he claims we “failed to address it responsibly.” The review speaks for itself.
Car quality is OK, tons of space. Location is very convenience.
