I had a bad experience with this van. After pick up, one of the light on thr dash came on. I didnt feel comfortable driving the can so I contacted the host. It was good they promptly responded and I returned it straight away. It delayed my teip by 2 hours and I had to arrange another van for a trip out of town.
All in all, not a good experience

Host was responsive and really understanding. The door on the right side of the back of the car does not lock, hope it will be fixed soon for convenience, but overall great ride!
