I had an excellent experience renting the Toyota Sienta Hybrid for a family trip. The car was very comfortable, spacious, and perfect for travelling with the family.
The pickup experience was amazing, they delivered the car directly to my home, which made everything incredibly convenient. The vehicle was also delivered in excellent condition and was very clean inside and out.
During the rental, I had an issue with the camera, but they responded quickly and handled the situation very efficiently, which I really appreciated.
Overall, it was a great experience from beginning to end. Excellent service, a comfortable and reliable car, and great communication. I would definitely rent from them again!

We had a great 10 days trip with Matteo’s Sienna. Communication was 10/10 and the car is incredibly comfortable and efficient. We did have to spend some time cleaning a greasy film off the inside of the windshield, and we noticed the tires were all-seasons rather than the snow tires listed in the ad. It limited our driving during a snowstorm, but otherwise, it was a smooth and professional rental. Highly recommended for clear-weather trips.

Just to clarify, the vehicle is equipped with all-weather tires with the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) rating, which meet Turo’s snow tire policy and are winter-approved.
