Our vehicle broke down after using 1 hour. The window wound not close. The host was verbally abusive and lied to the company about what happened. We spent 6 hours trying to resolve our problem and in the end we were left stranded at the airport for 5 hours. The host lied and treated us disrespectfully. We talked to 7 different agents and they all gave us different stories. In the end they offered us a 6 seater vehicle which does not fit 7 people legally. We were charged over 200 and we were stranded in the airport at 10 pm without help. This is not acceptable treatment.

This review is inaccurate. The vehicle was delivered in perfect working condition, fully documented. The guest never completed a proper check-in or submitted required documents. The window fault occurred during the trip and is under review by Turo. Over 3 hours were spent locating the vehicle after the guest did not know where it was parked. The claim of verbal abuse is false — she raised her voice and made threats, while we stayed professional. Check our other reviews — 54+ trips, 5-star rated.
