Fei was quick and easy to contact. Everything went smoothly with our trip. This car was great for our three week trip in Canada. It fit 5 adults and 2 infants and had plenty of room for bags in the trunk.
I would highly recommend using this van if you have a larger group.

Very good price for rent. Nice trip with this car. Well functioning car and with a nice new all weather tires. If Turo open a category for separate snow tires and all weather tires will be excellent.
Clean interior, but one thing I don’t like during the trip is the smell of interior. The vehicle has a lingering pet odor.
But if I forget about this disadvantage, it still is a very economical rental vehicle .

Host was nice in the beginning and car was easy to use, good if you're on a budget and have a large group coming. However, was not happy with a ridiculous amount of damage charge being made over a small rock chip in the front window. $100+ for a rock chip?! We didn't even notice it upon returning the car. Did not find out until we saw the charge after doing everything we could to bring it back in stellar condition. Ridiculous to say the least - uninstalling Turo, hosts can claim damages that were not seen or reported by renters until the last possible second. Very disappointing, to put it harshly - greedy.
All rental companies, as Turo, change windshield chip damage in the same way. The difference is they have a special insurance to cover the chip damage. This is a point that Turo consider. Your all complains are not true.
