I had originally booked through another host but when their car was returned it was in an unsafe condition to drive. Fortunately MB had a similar vehicle I needed and when I reached out and explained the situation, MB was very accommodating with a pick up time so I could meet my daughter's family at the airport.
The vehicle was in excellent condition and very clean. It was a vehicle we needed to take the family all over the Lower Mainland to to visit all sites that they wanted to see.
Despite the airlines changing return flight times for my daughter, we were still able to get her to the airport on time and back to MB.
The vehicle provided no issues during the time we had it and allowed us to take a variety of items to the beach, or purchases from various stores while allowing some downtime for two parents with 2 young boys full of energy.
I would recommend MB for his customer service, care and cleanliness of the car and his understanding in why the vehicle was required sooner. It was appreciated!
