Great customer support! However, I had issues with the car such as lights on the dashboards that came on and some noise when driving. Otherwise, it is a solid vehicle.

Regarding the noise, our records show the vehicle was driven for a significant portion of the trip with the doors not fully secured/locked, which can naturally cause door movement and noise while driving. We always recommend ensuring all doors are properly closed before driving. We appreciate your feedback!

Not satisfied with the cleanliness of the vehicle. The rare view mirror was so dirty that I couldn’t see from it properly and there was dust all over the car. Moreover, there is no navigation system (which is understandable given that this was a 2013 model). However, there should at least be a phone holder. When I shared this with the owner of the vehicle, he asked me to buy one and they will reimburse the cost. I bought and installed a holder adding unnecessary time to my trip. Moreover, I am yet to get my reimbursement. I was also not able to connect my phone to the car system to listen to music. The owner asked me that I should have brought the required accessories with me (how should I know which accessories I should bring and why should I buy it only for a trip?). I had expected a better experience.

We offered to reimburse the phone holder to avoid disrupting your trip. We also take cleanliness seriously, and no concerns or photos were shared during the reservation, which would have allowed us to address them immediately.
