Car quality is 5 star, it is winter but snow brush was not available. The only deal breaker was the host, asked us to pay for parking ticket post trip which is against the rules of Turo. No agreements beforehand. I even showed him the link and rules but was insisting for a payment. I already paid for the parking ticket before the trip as we requested it to be delivered at the airport. He even labeled the parking ticket as a “TOLL” which we never used because we avoided tolls. Well, agent cancelled the invoice from the host. Great car but terrible host. Be careful on this host.
The parking ticket are the responsibility of the guest if they want to deliver the vehicle at airport for their convenience. It was mentioned in the description of the vehicle as well. The car was very clean from inside and outside when we handed over but this guy gave it back to us very dirty. Then he try to scam us by threatening that we have done something wrong to avoid parking fees. Very rude customer no one trust him.

Transaction was smooth from beginning to end.Asad was responsive to all queries during the entire trip. i even requested to return the car hours earlier. Request accepted without hesitation.Excellent experience overall.

He was professional, great communication. Had seven adults and a toddler and we fit comfortably. Would use again and also recommend. Only vehicle recommendation was for the brakes to be serviced as there was a bit of shuddering when braking on the highway.

First time using Turo as I wasn’t able to find what I was looking for at a rental shop near me. Pick up and drop off was easy although I will get more familiar with using the app as I am not very tech savvy. Great car for a large group, spacious and extremely clean inside. Lots of trunk space for all the extras. Owner was friendly and helpful.
