It was great. The host is extremely helpful and the van was very comfortable and clean. My family loved it!

Car was good. But the incomplete check out information was not provided. Lack of communication is s feedback. Please make it easier. Thank you

It is common practise to return the car where it was picked up from. Thanks for the feedback, I will leave explicit instructions.
Car quality, location, host were very good. But before trip, the gas was not full.
Yusuke •
The gas should be returned at the same level it was picked up at.
Car was good. Communication as well. It could’ve been a little cleaner. All in all, good experience

Djordje, thank you for the opportunity to host you and for pointing out these areas. Your feedback helps us improve. I’m sorry we fell short, and I’d love the chance to host you again and make it a better experience. Thank you!
Vehicle is a great drive. Very comfy and smooth ride. The lock for the key compartment tends to get noisy when driving on the highway, letting in air. Otherwise great experience and host was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

Great guest and a smooth experience overall! Thank you for taking care of the vehicle. Just a reminder that the lock box is supposed to be removed and placed inside the car.
