No communication until the pickup time. Arrived 30 minutes late to give the car. Later in the day car broke down around 5pm. Absolutely no help. Waited for hours till 8 pm until host finally arrives with battery jumper cable alone. Had to call my friend for the car to use the jumper cable. Finally towed the car and canceled the trip.

We’re sorry you feel this way but this review leaves out important context. Turo allows a two hour window for pick up and drop off and you were notified about the short delay. The vehicle had an unexpected mechanical issue beyond our control. Your reason for renting was to move, which is completed before the issue occurred. We personally came to assist and told due to your destination ourselves and Turo . You also received a full refund. We did everything reasonably possible to assist you.
