Super convenient pickup. We had a great trip with the car, it was spacious, comfortable, and very dependable throughout our trip. Entertainment system with the TV was a big hit. Plenty of room for everybody and luggage. Everybody loved it, highly recommended.

The vehicle's drop-off location and timing were good.
No air conditioning in the back of the vehicle, making it extremely difficult to use for family trips during the summer.
The ABS malfunctioned multiple times during the rental period.
Poor-quality front windshield wipers made driving in the rain at night extremely dangerous.
The body had a lot of damage.
Definitely not worth the rental price.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please consider that you had the car for 3 months. During the time, it might need some maintenance, but unfortunately our messages were unanswered. There was no issue on ABS, windshield blades and … as soon as you raised the issue about the ABS, we asked for getting it to the service at our cost, but you did not answer. The windshield blade issue raised last day. It seems that the problem about refilling the gas has affected your review.
Car running smooth, very clean, easy peasy pick up and drop off. Great experience.

Car was clean and in good condition. Communication was prompt and kids enjoyed the DVD player in the car. Highly recommended !
