Absolutely outstanding experience from beginning to end. Athmane is the kind of host that makes Turo special.
The Carnival was in excellent condition, extremely comfortable, clean and perfect for our family road trip through Canada. But what really made this rental exceptional was Athmane himself.
From the very beginning, he went far beyond what we could have expected. He was always friendly, responsive, flexible and genuinely interested in making everything easy for us. He personally delivered the vehicle to our hotel at the start of the trip, which was incredibly helpful, and when we returned it he even drove us to the airport so we wouldn’t have to deal with our luggage and transportation.
As if that wasn’t enough, he surprised us with thoughtful gifts for every member of our family before saying goodbye. That gesture says everything about the kind of person and host he is.
After almost two weeks and a long family road trip, I can say without hesitation that choosing Athmane was one of the best decisions we made for our vacation. Exceptional car, exceptional service, and above all, an exceptional host.
If we return to Montréal, I wouldn’t even look for another car — I would book with Athmane again.
Thank you so much for everything, Athmane. You truly made our trip easier and even more memorable. 5 stars are simply not enough!
