Car was perfect for our group of 7 and fit all of our luggage for the weekend. Raoul was very flexible, responsive, kind, and went out of his way to accommodate us. Would highly recommend

Trip was great from beginning to the end. Raoul was very kind and helpful. Easygoing and answered very fast. Impeccable service overall and would rent again with him for sure. The car was amazing. Very spacious, clean and smooth ride. Good fuel consumption too. Had a problem and needed to change the hours trip a little and Raoul didn’t mind at all. Again very nice service. Thank you again Raoul! :)

The car is good but the host communication is bad. When I booked the car the host confirmed with me that I can return at a different location. That’s why I booked it. But on the delivery day he told me that I can’t return at a different location or he will charge a high fee. With a family with elders and infant and luggages that caused a lot of work to manage. Also it always took long time to get response from host.

I explained that the return location could be changed directly through the Turo app. However, you did not want to make the change through the app. The additional fees are determined by Turo’s policy, not by me personally. I always try my best to accommodate my guests and provide clear instructions. I’m sorry that this situation caused inconvenience during your trip
