the car got some engine issues

Vendor was good, communicative and efficient. Vehicle condition was decent but not as clean as we would have expected. Would recommend.

The van itself was in good condition and the directions to get the car at the airport were clear. On the return we filled the gas up at a gas station 8 km away from the airport to full but after returning the van he sent us a charge for not filling it up to the brim and also charged a convenience fee. Nickleing and diming for that and adding a convenience fee on top of that seemed unnecessary. Bad ethics and customer service in my opinion. Would not go with this host. As evidence I provided the picture, receipt of the gas fill.

We received the car but it was not full and clearly in the pictures I provided you can see the car was not full at the time of checkout.
And as Turo judging between both of us they did notice that the car was not full and that is why they accepted to charge you for the fuel and usually Turo charge an extra 10$ that is for processing the fees for Turo ( not for us )
