Russell was super helpful. When picked the car up, he made sure to add a tore patch kit and other emergency kits in the car. We did end up needing the patch kit for a puncture. The car itself was flawless. Smooth drive, very specious. Comfortable for a long road trip with the family.

Never using this app or this host ever again in my life, got a faulty vehicle with hidden issues and now being scammed into paying the towing, this is against the consumer act, wanted a minivan so my mom a recovering cancer patient would have a chance to see british columbia and you are using a faulty vehicle to scam people, at Christmas!
This is like the whole polar opposite of Christianity, I am ashamed for you. Anchoring the towing of a car that doesn't turn on on the renter is insane.
Worst Christmas experience in my life
All while we were looking for you the whole time, you never supplied a phone number nor answered it when we were freezing in a parking lot waiting for your instructions, we tried jump starting it, payed a cab driver and a mechanic to try and jump start it, shame on you
First of the vehicle is not faulty. I have the whole thread of our commilunication weeks before the pick up. You have my number from way back. You left the vehicle in YVR parking with both aux and main battery drained. I got towed to the dealership and cancelled the rental for decemeber 22nd since you reported a mechanical failure, but then I got a call from the dealership letting me know that the vehicle is ready for pick up and thay there is no mechanical problem
