First time using Turo, and it was a fantastic experience! The minivan was clean, comfortable, and in a great condition with excellent gas mileage. The host provided outstanding service—every question was answered almost immediately, with no waiting at all. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend both the vehicle and the host!

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear, the vehicle was exactly as described, and everything about the pickup and return process was easy and stress-free.
We had an unexpected situation during our trip when we thought the keys had been lost. She went out of her way to package the spare keys and ship them to us so we wouldn't miss our flight if we couldn't find the original keys. We truly appreciated her kindness and willingness to help. That level of customer service is hard to find.
