Someone passed away in the repair shop I stored my vehicle. It's a got shun reported on CBC news. They closed without notified me. I have no access to the vehicle. Very sorry about that.
Car not well maintained. My family and I planned a road trip and the car stopped working and battery died multiple times in the mountains past Jasper, leaving my family and I stranded. We felt no support/little consideration from the host even though we communicated with them of our situation and provided images. We felt very unsafe in the vehicle and unsafe being on the side of the highway while it died.

I am very sorry about that. Some problem can't be avoided through maintenance. The alternator died suddenly. The repair shop told me this problem cannot be anticipated and had nothing to do with maintenance.
