We rented the car September 17–20 and overall had a good experience. The host was very accommodating and even provided a phone holder, which was a nice touch.
We did have an issue with the right rear tire slowly losing air during our trip, and we had to stop in Lake Louise to add air. We let the host know, and they were very apologetic and understanding. We know things like this can happen even with regular checks.
Other than that, the car was great and very good on gas. Would definitely consider renting again and hopefully won’t have the same tire issue next time!
