We rented Michael’s 2021 Chrysler Pacifica, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
The vehicle was in impeccable condition, offering a level of comfort, refinement, and quietness that genuinely rivals a luxury car. Exceptionally spacious and comfortable for a family travelling with children, it also proved remarkably fuel-efficient thanks to its hybrid system.
What truly made the experience special, however, was Michael himself. From our very first interaction, he was incredibly welcoming, courteous, and attentive to every detail. His professionalism and genuine kindness made everything feel effortless.
This was our very first time renting a vehicle through Turo in Canada, and we honestly couldn’t have hoped for a better introduction. It’s an experience we would gladly repeat without hesitation.
